Embezzlement
A form of theft in which an individual takes possession of money or assets of another.
There are two types of embezzlement that lead to punishment as stipulated by the law:
1. The embezzler takes possession over the property/assets of another individual.
2. The embezzler takes possession over monetary assets, such as bank accounts. For instance, a bank teller, who has access to people's bank accounts, uses access to take money out of their accounts.
