Homicide

The killing of a human being; killing is considered homicide if it is caused by an act or an omission of an act by the supposedly guilty party. For instance, if a guardian neglects a child to the point of the death of the said child, the guardian will be accused of homicide. Assisted suicide is also considered a homicide.
