Mugshot

Mugshots are official headshots taken by the police or another arresting authority. Mugshots are taken from several angles, including the front and the profile of an individual who has been arrested in suspicion of a crime. In certain cases, a full-body shot and a back-view photo are taken and saved in the arrest record. Aside from a headshot, a mugshot also includes a height marker of the suspect.
